Pıtır (“uygulama”) gizliliğine önem verir. Bu politika hangi verilerin işlendiğini sade dille açıklar.

Verilerin cihazında kalır

Alışkanlıkların, XP'n, Pıtır'ının rengi ve tüm oyun ilerlemen yalnızca cihazında (yerel veritabanı) saklanır. Hesap oluşturmazsın; bu veriler sunucularımıza gönderilmez.

Sağlık verisi (Apple Health)

Yürüyüş ve koşu alışkanlıklarını otomatik tamamlamak için, yalnızca sen izin verirsen, Apple Health’ten günlük adım sayın ve koşu antrenmanlarının mesafesi salt-okunur biçimde okunur — iOS izin ekranında bu yüzden “Adımlar” ve “Antrenmanlar” kalemlerini görürsün. Bu özellik yalnızca iPhone’da çalışır. Bu veri cihazında işlenir, cihazdan dışarı çıkmaz ve tarafımıza iletilmez. Apple Health’e hiçbir veri yazmayız. İzni dilediğin an Ayarlar → Gizlilik ve Güvenlik → Sağlık’tan geri alabilirsin.

Hatırlatmalar cihazında planlanan yerel bildirimlerdir. İzni istediğin an açıp kapatabilirsin.

Abonelik (Pıtır Pro)

Satın almalar Apple App Store / Google Play üzerinden işlenir; ödeme bilgilerini biz görmeyiz. Makbuz doğrulaması için RevenueCat gibi bir sağlayıcı, kişisel kimliğinle ilişkilendirilmeyen satın alma verisini işleyebilir.

Web sitesi: bekleme listesi

pitirapp.com’daki forma e-posta adresini yazarsan, onu yalnızca Pıtır çıktığında sana haber vermek için saklarız. Adresini satmayız, reklam için kullanmayız, üçüncü kişilerle paylaşmayız. Kayıt, veri işleyenimiz olan Cloudflare’ın altyapısında tutulur. Kötüye kullanımı önlemek için IP adresin ham hâliyle saklanmaz; yalnızca aynı adresten art arda gönderimi sınırlamak amacıyla karma (hash) biçiminde, geçici olarak tutulur. Listeden çıkmak ya da adresinin silinmesini istersen destek@pitirapp.com adresine yazman yeterli.

Çocuklar

Uygulama 13 yaş altına yönelik değildir ve bilerek onlardan veri toplamaz.

Privacy Policy

Pıtır (the “app”) respects your privacy. This policy explains, in plain language, what data is handled.

Your data stays on your device

Your habits, XP, your Pıtır's color and all progress are stored only on your device (a local database). You don't create an account, and this data is never sent to our servers.

Health data (Apple Health)

To auto-complete your walking and running habits, only with your permission, your daily step count and the distance of your running workouts are read from Apple Health on a read-only basis — that is why iOS asks for “Steps” and “Workouts”. This feature works on iPhone only. This data is processed on your device, never leaves it, and is not sent to us. We never write anything to Apple Health. You can revoke access anytime in Settings → Privacy & Security → Health.

Notifications

Reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. You can turn permission on or off anytime.

Subscription (Pıtır Pro)

Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store / Google Play; we never see your payment details. A provider such as RevenueCat may process purchase data not linked to your personal identity for receipt validation.

Website: waitlist

If you enter your email in the form on pitirapp.com, we store it only to let you know when Pıtır launches. We never sell it, use it for ads, or share it with third parties. It is stored on the infrastructure of Cloudflare, our data processor. To prevent abuse, your IP address is never stored as-is; it is kept only temporarily, as a hash, to limit repeated submissions from the same address. To leave the list or have your address deleted, just email destek@pitirapp.com.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
