Pıtır’ı kullanarak bu şartları kabul edersin.

Lisans

Kişisel, ticari olmayan kullanım için sana sınırlı, devredilemez bir lisans verilir. Uygulamayı App Store’dan indirdiğin için Apple’ın Standart Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi (EULA) de geçerlidir; bu şartlar onu tamamlar.

Abonelik

Pıtır Pro, aylık ya da yıllık seçebileceğin, otomatik yenilenen bir aboneliktir; güncel fiyatı satın almadan önce uygulamada, App Store’un gösterdiği şekilde görürsün. Ödeme, satın almayı onayladığında Apple Hesabından tahsil edilir. Abonelik, dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse aynı süreyle kendiliğinden yenilenir; yenileme ücreti dönem bitmeden önceki 24 saat içinde tahsil edilir. Aboneliğini App Store hesap ayarlarından yönetebilir ya da iptal edebilirsin; iptal, mevcut dönemin sonunda geçerli olur ve o güne kadar Pro açık kalır. İade talepleri Apple tarafından, Apple’ın kurallarına göre değerlendirilir.

Hesap ve bulut yedeği

Pıtır’ı misafir olarak kullanabilirsin; hesap isteğe bağlıdır ve hesap bağlamak için en az 13 yaşında olmalısın. Hesabına yalnızca kendi e-posta adresinle ya da kendi Apple Kimliğinle girersin; e-postanın ve telefonunun güvenliğini korumak senin sorumluluğundur. Hesabını istediğin an uygulamanın içinden silebilirsin. Hizmeti kötüye kullanan (ör. başkasının adresiyle hesap açan, sistemi aşırı yükleyen ya da yedekleri değiştirerek oyun içi öğeleri haksız yere çoğaltan) hesapları askıya alabilir ya da silebiliriz. Bulut yedeği hesabını bağlayan herkese ücretsizdir ve bir kolaylıktır: her zaman kesintisiz çalışacağını ya da her yedeğin geri getirilebileceğini garanti edemeyiz. 24 ay boyunca hiç kullanılmayan bir hesabı, 30 gün önce e-postayla haber vererek silebiliriz. Pro aboneliği Apple Hesabına bağlıdır; Pıtır hesabı aboneliği başka bir Apple Hesabına taşımaz. Hesap verilerinin nasıl işlendiği Gizlilik Politikası’nda anlatılır.

Sanal öğeler

XP, altın, yiyecek, aksesuarlar, eşyalar, duvar renkleri ve alanlar oyun içi sanal öğelerdir; tek tek gerçek parayla satılmaz, gerçek parasal değeri yoktur, geri ödenmez ve devredilemez. Uygulamayı sildiğinde ya da sıfırladığında bunlar da silinir; bulut yedeğin varsa yedekle birlikte geri getirilebilir.

Sorumluluğun sınırı

Uygulama “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Pıtır bir alışkanlık oyunudur; tıbbi tavsiye yerine geçmez. Pıtır’ın bahçesindeki hava yalnızca bir süstür; hava tahmini yerine kullanma. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.

Geçerli hukuk

Bu şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Bu seçim, yaşadığın ülkenin tüketiciyi koruyan zorunlu kurallarından doğan haklarını ortadan kaldırmaz.

License

You’re granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use. Because you download the app from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) also applies; these terms supplement it.

Subscription

Pıtır Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly; you see the current price in the app, as shown by the App Store, before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and Pro stays on until then. Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple’s rules.

Account and cloud backup

You can use Pıtır as a guest; an account is optional, and you must be at least 13 to link one. You sign in only with your own email address or your own Apple ID, and keeping your email and phone secure is your responsibility. You can delete your account from inside the app at any time. We may suspend or delete accounts that abuse the service (for example, signing up with someone else’s address, overloading the system, or altering backups to duplicate in-app items). Cloud backup is free for everyone with a linked account and is a convenience: we can’t guarantee that it will always be available or that every backup can be brought back. We may delete an account that has not been used for 24 months after a notice by email 30 days in advance. Pro is tied to your Apple Account; a Pıtır account does not move the subscription to another Apple Account. How account data is handled is explained in the Privacy Policy.

Virtual items

XP, gold, food, accessories, furniture, wall colors and areas are in-app virtual items; they are not sold individually for real money, have no real monetary value, and are non-refundable and non-transferable. They are deleted if you delete or reset the app, unless you bring them back from your cloud backup.

Limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is.” Pıtır is a habit game and is not a substitute for medical advice. The weather in Pıtır’s garden is only decoration; don’t rely on it as a forecast. To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. This choice does not take away the rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live.
